Meet the team

Escrow Manager – Jennifer Kent grew up in Miami, Fl., with a Cuban Heritage and close nit family. She started working in Miami, Florida in a Land Survey Company and worked her way into the Title and Escrow Industry. She started as an open order/receptionist, learned the industry quickly and went on to assisting the Escrow Officer, becoming an Escrow Officer, and eventually managed a team. Now living and working in California for the last 10 years, Jennifer has eased her way into learning the California Escrow side, along with working previously in a National Company, she has knowledge of working in all of the United States. She has knowledge in refinances, purchases, short sales, HUD transactions, commercial properties, vacant land, and the list goes on. She is customer service driven and always finds a way to help the customers out, she is a go getter, a team player and always a joy to be around..
